Turtle walk?

We could always see some people didn't use turn signal while they turning.

I nearly got into a fight with someone today!

I rode a motorcycle after a man but he drove like a turtle walk.

I drove only 20 miles per hour, and I can't believe he's slower than me.

I was so pissed off! I can't overtake him because he almost took half of the "motorcycle only."

Until the next crossroad, I assumed that he will go straight,

However, he turned right without passing any turn signal!

Does he think people know what’s he’s going to do next?
