Even if we believe that love sometimes tends to define its own logic, your sentence still could be improved with fewer words. Let's walk over it together.

- Love only can have a long life -> Love will forever last
- each person -> we
- knows how to believe and love the true person of each other -> see the beauty of each other's soul OR see each other's inner / hidden beauty. (I used see instead of believe for we often say, "I won't believe it until I see it.")

Result:

Love will forever last if we can see each other's hidden beauty.

Of course, there many ways to express one's feeling, but does that reflect your idea?
