Triple - treble - triplicate

Which one sounds more natural?

1. If you do that, I will triplicate your salary.

2. If you do that, I will treble your salary.

3. If you do that, I will triple your salary.

Are the three verbs correct in the context?

My preference would be for "triple" first and "treble" second. "Triplicate" is incorrect in that context.
