A certain guy says: I have to get the cash and hit the road before the guy finds out I'm a towelhead.
I know that "towelhead" can mean "A derisive name for someone of arab descent, from the turbans they wear".
However it seems to me that the guy who's saying this is not Arab, so what does it mean in this case?
