The expression is “fake it” You don’t separate fake and it. To “fake it” means “to pretend”. How it applies to this song is up to you to decide.

Question 2. Mixed with Zach Galifianakis" mean?

Zach Galifianakis is a movie star and the tattoo on the guy's arm in the video resembles Zach Galifianakis in a bikini.
