'to request' Subjunctive

Is the present subunctive still used with the verbs, such as request, if the verb is the to-infinitive or the bare infinitive?

a) This is the best way to request that he be more patient.

b) This is the best way to request that he walk home, not run.

c) She may request that he walk home.
