Greetings, there is no sane/grammatical way of making this transformation. While 'return' can be used in a sentence like: I returned the book to the library and be passivized like this: The book was returned to the library, in your example the verb 'return' has an intransitive meaning, and intransitive verbs, having no object, cannot take the passive.
