My teacher asked me the following question :

What titles did the King call Rassendyll.

a) nephew b) cousin c) double d) both b and c are correct

The suggested answer to this question is (d). I think the word TITLES is wrongly used in this question. Am I right?

I agree with you. A title is a formal address for a person. Nephew and cousin are blood relationships, and double is a role. I have never heard of these being used to mean "title."
