Hi,Is it okay to write: David thrust her to/on the floor.Are both 'on' and 'to' okay here?Thank you.

"To" is better.

I suppose your expression is correct, but I find it a bit unnatural.

In general, when you "thrust something," it is always under your immediate control.

"I thrust the baseball into his stomach." (not down his throat!)
This would not describe throwing the ball at him, but ramming it into his gut while holding on to it.
One thrusts a sword, without giving up the grasp of it.

I'm not sure exactly what you're attempting to describe.
I'd probably say "threw her," or "pushed her."
(To me, "pushed" does not necessarily imply "continuing to grasp.")

But if you're continuing to hold on to her while (violently) conveying her to the floor, okay. (Calm down.)
