Three-course meal or three courses meal?
Please advise which of the following are correct:
1. I've seen your promo from your website about the three-course meal.
2. I've seen your promo from your website about the three courses meal.
3. For my order, can I have one 2-piece chicken?
4. For my order, can I have one 2 pieces chicken?
5. Also, can I have one 3-piece hot wings?
6. Also, can I have one 3 pieces hot wings?
For #5 and #6, I'm not sure if the word wings should have an s at the end because of the quantity one in the sentence. Please advise and correct my errors. Thanks.

Use the hyphen; course & piece are singular; wings There was a similar post the other day that one of our teachers answered with a reason for this; I'll try to find it.
