In general the problems are operators’ health complaints, customer complaints and oozes. In this context ergonomy, metallurgy and industrial design science had been utilized. 01i00Cost calculating was doing irregularly in the firm. To calculate costs00 00more fastly and more correctly had been purposed with a new cost calculating system. The generated system is running in the Ms Excel stage. Although the generated software calculates the costs efficiently, it needs some adjustments.02i02br
