Are these sentences correct:
1-He is the member of their party to run for a seat in city council.
(He is the member of their party who will run for a seat in city council.
2-He is their member to run for a seat in city council.
(He is their member who will run for a seat in city council.)
3-He is John's handpicked successor to run for a seat in city council.
(He is the successor John has handpicked to run for a seat in city council.)
