The weather is being fine today.
I'd be happy if someone would answer my questions. Thanks in advance.
Concerning the following 2 sentences ----
A: Tom is being honest today.
B: The weather is being fine today.
I think A is correct, and it means Tom is usually dishonest, but today he is temporary honest.
But how about B? Does it mean the weather is usually cloudy or rainy, but to day it is fine?
I wonder if B is really correct, for the subject in B is an inanimate matter.

A is OK; B is not. Tom needn't be 'usually dishonest', however.
