Could you tell me please if these sentences are correct?
1.He didn't want to repeat himself but nothing came into his mind.
2.It caught/drew his attention.
3.She calmed down as she thought that her husband had already come. She fainted shortly after.
4. She was clutching the doll in her hands.
5.I didn't manage to tell her about her appearance/I didn't dare to tell her about her appearance.
5.That's what he thought, calming himself down.
6.I got up reluctantly and went to the door.
7.'Who can call on you at 7 am in my dress, by the way?!'
8.She fell into his arms.
