Hi! I have a doubt, in the sentence below can I use this preposition rightly: "on"?
"I do not want to play on the laptop".

I think you're right. At Yahoo the hits are: 118 for "want to play on my laptop" 19 for "want to play with my laptop" (with is normally used when playing with toys ) 0 for "want to play at my laptop" (which I expected to be much stronger)
