Could you tell me whether these sentences below are acceptable or not?
1-1) The more monye he has, the more he is able to satisfy his wants and needs.
1-2) The more monye he has, the more he wiil be able to satisfy his wants and needs.
1-3) The more monye he has, the more his wants and needs he is able to satisyfy.
1-4) The more monye he has, the more satisfying his wants and needs he is able to.
I think 1-1) is normal, 1-2) and 1-3) are acceptable and 1-4) is not correct.
2-1) If thie "ovbious solution" were not impracticable, the proble would have been solved long ago.
2-2) If thie "ovbious solution" is not impracticable, the proble would have been solved long ago.
2 is a mattar of whether it should use "subjunctive mood" or not...
Since the problem has not been solved yet, and "ovbious solution" is impractical, I should choose "were" instead of "is" before "not impracticable"...
Actually, I'm a bit confused when to use subjunctive mood or first conditional.

1 - 1 ) Replace "able to satisfy" with "capable of satisfying"
1 - 2 ) Replace "able to satisfy" with "capable of satisfying"
1 - 3 ) Replace " is able to satisfy" with "satisfiable"
1 - 4)The more money he has, the more satisfying of his wants
