The
"The Communist parties and workers of the bourgeois countries....."
"The Communist parties and [the] workers of the bourgeois countries....."
Is the [the] in the second sentence fragment necessary? I intend to convey the meaning that both the Communist parties and the workers are of the bourgeois countries. If I insert a [the], as in the second sentence, would it make it sound as if only the workers are of the bourgeois countries whereas the communist parties are not?
