EX: "Our solution allows significant reduction of terms and cost of the construction of a new ..."
Is the word "terms" used correctly here?
(sic!) "terms" = time interval required for a new (sth) to be built??????
How about this variant:
"Our solution allows significant reduction of the time and cost of the construction of ...'?
Is it any better?
What would be your (refined) version?
