Hi.
I have written a recommendation for sb, I would be grateful if You could tell me how it sounds. I have made some exaggerations, I wonder if I have exceed the norm. BTW, It would be kind of you to let me know if I have made any mistakes or if there is any way I can enhance the text. feel free to change any sentence or the whole paragraph in case it helps the text.

We are delighted to recommend one of our best teachers ..............who joined our staff in May 2005, after successfully completing our teacher training course. He has worked with us as a classroom instructor since, teaching beginner to advanced level, both to kids and adults, using communicative methodology, and materials. He taught variegated courses along the whole spectrum from IELTS and TOEFL to basic survival English in conversation and writing. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills. His profound commitment is commendable.
His affable behavior is a key to his success in building an instantaneous rapport with his students.
In sum, we found him to be competent and conscientious and we therefore recommend him highly as an EFL teacher or for any other kind of teaching position.
