Task 2: Some people believe that school children should not be given homework by their teachers, whereas others argue that homework plays an important role in the education of children.

Whether teachers should or not give homework to their students is becoming increasingly controversal. There are many parents who think homework plays an important role in study. While some people argue that children's time-after-school is for other activities which also help them develop both metal and physical. In this easay, we will discuss two points of view.

There are many various reason why parents support their children to do more schoolwork which given by the educator. The major benefit is the knowledge which students have learned can be apply when doing homework, so children acquire the knowlege deeply and use it more effect in concrete situations. For instance, despite a child whose intelligence is not equal as his peer, when he does a math test he also get high score because of his hard work in doing schoolworks.

In spite the above benefit, some people said that homework is unnecessary for children. Firstly, children is very tired after school and giving schoolwork means putting pressure on them. In addition, if children use all their time fo studying they can not do any activities such as play soccer, swimming, paiting, or any other hobby. So that both mind and body can not develop equally.

In conclusion, I think that doing schoolwork is necessary to support the lesson in class but children also need to develop their other skills. So homework should be done in a certain extent, and should not take up the time that children spend on other activities.
