"a look" means "a sight" or "a view". So, Reliance Big Pictures are giving people a look at the film to stimulate interest. There is an apostrophe missing: it should be "Reliance Big Pictures' grand teaser look". ("heroes welcome" is also missing an apostrophe. The pieces you post often contain errors.)
