Syntax-adverbials!
Discuss the scope of the underlined Adverbials. Which constituents do the adverbials modify? What are they grammatically related to?
(A) Mary often comes late.
(B) Peter was unbelievably tired.
(C) The frog will become a Princess for sure.
(D)The cake will never be finished in time.
(E) The rabbit ran away as quickly as he could.
(F) The dream came true everywhere.
(G) What are you doing over there?
(H) Surprisingly, Adam has a rather American accent.
(I) Mrs. Lovelace can speak Spanish more fluently than her son.
(J) Soon, Mary will arrive and things become much better.
Please help me I do not understand how to do this and need to understand it for class!

I do not undersrand (which constituents do the Adverbials modify?) I am having a hard time understanding this because syntax is a very difficult subject for me.
