A. Are the following sentences natural?
1. Our curriculum is a mixture of American and British English.
2. The curriculum is a mixture of American and British English.
3. The curriculum consists of a mixture of American and British English.
4. The curriculum contains a mixture of American and British English.
B. Do we have another ways which are preferred by natives to express that sentence?

They are all natural to my ear. I would be least inclined to use the fourth sentence as it does not exclude the use of other languages, where presumably you mean that the curriculum contains only US / Br. English.
