0 If you are giving out a survey, you can say "conduct a survey". You can also say "doing a survey on" such and such. 02 br 02 br 00 Making a survey sounds odd.

0 I can't say that I've ever heard of someone 'making' a survey (as Julie points out, it sounds as if someone is designing the survey). The verb 'do' is appropriate, but I think that 'conducting a survey' sounds much better. Remember too that the word 'survey' itself can be used as verb.
