Hi! Nair, here are my views on them- -be supposed to keep= It is an obligation to keep. It is something that you should do, or something that another person expects you to do.

-be supposed to keep= It is an obligation to keep. It is something that you should do, or something that another person expects you to do.
-Have to=It is same as must.It implies that you don't have other choice but to keep that secret. It is like there is some kind of duress on you to keep the secret.
Thanks!
