Hello, I have to write an essay about Work/life Balance. and I have no idea how to really start it??

my teacher said, support your writing with a quotations ??

please could some one help me how can I support my point of view ??

and also, is the essay a collection of quotations ?? or my opinion ??

please could someone help me and clarify it.

After you know what your point of view is, you look (google) for expert's opinions on the topic, and quote what they have said.
