Hello,
I have found the information that the word 'sunrise' is uncountable.
Should I say:
I enjoy watching sunrise. (in general)
or
I enjoy watching the sunrise.

If I am talking about a particular place:
I enjoy sitting on these rocks and watching the sunrise here.
