1 If I were your parents, I would feel embarrassing. Everyone would talk about us with gossip.
2 If I were your parents, I will feel embarrassing. Everyone will talk about us with gossip.

I mean when I start a subjunctive mood topic, all sentences should be in subjunctive mood? or just if.....

One common use of the subjunctive mood is in the if-clause of conditionals.

If I were rich, I would retire today. (I am not rich.)
If I were you, I would not do that. (I am not you.)
If I were your mother, I would ... (I am not your mother.)

Only the underlined verb is in the subjunctive mood.
