Stuff that's going on
I heard a dialogue as following. However, I don't fully understand the underlined part. What does "stuff that's going on" refer to here? Does it mean a trouble that bothers someone, an issue that causes discussion, or a new porduct that is going to enter the market?
A: You're always on the phone, Ya-ping.
B: Well, not always. But I do love talking to my friends.
A: What do you talk about?
B: Well, we talk about sutff that's going on and how we feel about it.
A: Uh-huh.
B: And a lot of my friends tell me theri problems, so I try to help them out.
