Structure Of "Nothing To Speak Of That Issue"
There's nothing to speak of that issue.
As far as I know, 'nothing' cannot be the subject/person who can speak of something. I think the sentence is: There's nothing (for us/you) to speak of that issue.
"Nothing" as in I have nothing to speak of is the object of "speak of" as well as "have". But I don't see "nothing" is what as in there is nothing to speak of that issue.
