Hi, I have found a page with some very useful speaking openings. Let me just comment that these are mostly used in quite an advanced literary style of writing. They are not at all common in everyday speech.

I'm aware of the fact that speaking with English natives is the most efficient method to enhance speaking but I live in Poland and in my city there are only few natives.
Do you know any books for that purpose?
