Some people whom you are talking about..
Some people who you are talking about..
Which one sounds more right? For me, it's the former one because when we ask ourselves, "You are talking about 'them'." Since "them" is an objective pronoun, we will go for 'whom'.

" Since "them" is an objective pronoun, we will go for 'whom'. Correct. Nevertheless, when the preposition is left at the end, it is also OK to use 'who' in less formal situations.
