when you , native speakers,agree or exclaim with another speaker's affirmative sentences or words. you say like the following B.
A: She is beautiful. B: So she is.=She is really beautiful.
A: She can swim. B: So she can.=She really can swim.
Then do you have such expressions responding to negative sentences like the following?
A: She is not beautiful. B: Neither she is.=She really isn't beautiful.
A: She can't swim. B: Neither she can.=She really can't swim.
A: He did not come to your birthday party. B: Neither he did.=He really didnt come to my birthday party.
