Hi,
Would you explain to me that when the word "sky" has its plural form "skies"?
Kindly make some examples for me and explain the usage.

It happens to be a variable noun. Once it's true, it can be both plural and singular. Skies is more poetic and I would rather use only singular form, although it's just preference. Sky can mean "a cloud", but now it is dated.
