Skim or skimmed?

Hi Everyone,I'm writing another exercise sheet and am wondering about the adjective - skim.Should we say,1. 'Lisa prefers skim milk.'      or2. 'Lisa prefers skimmed milk.'I'm pretty sure it's the first sentence, but is there ever a place for the second sentence?ThanksMiss Full Cream.  Lol
