Should there be a 's' somewhere?

I'm making this sentence and it is unclear to me if I should use a 's' behind any of these words:

All electronic(s ) equipment(s ) generate(s ) noise.

"equipment" is uncountable. You can make it countable by adding "piece" or "pieces"before it. A piece of equipment...

"equipment" is uncountable. You can make it countable by adding "piece" or "pieces"before it.

Pieces of equipment...

"electronics" is a noun but your sentence calls for an adjective (electronic).

EDIT: Rover is right about "generates".

All electronic equipment generates noise.

Thanks I will use this sentence, and yes they all make some noise that can be picked up by sensitive equipment (Im doing emg measurements). Thanks again, the both of you.
