Short text

Hi teachers,

could you please check this short text and just point out any grammar mistake?

Hi Ben, thank you for replying :-) I have never been in Amsterdam but I hope I´ll go 21.05. I´ll probably have a business trip there,I still don´t know if my boss wants me or one of my colleagues to go. I´ll be happy to see Amsterdam.

I knew Emil 6 or 7 years ago in Milano, XXX played concert there and later we met then maybe 2 more times in Italy.

Now I live in Czech Republic near Brno and Prague, have you been here in Prague?

Are you planning to go to some concerts in the next few months? I mean some big open-air festivals maybe abroad ? Have a great time!

Thank you

Pamela

Hi I'm not a native speaker, but here are some things which I think are 'wrong' or just things which may fit better: I have never been to Amsterdam. (not in, I guess) I hope to stay there on the 21st of May . a business trip there, but I still don't know....

Ah Emil is a person right?
Then it would probably be:

I met Emil six or seven years ago, when *** was giving/playing a concert. After the first time, we have met two more times so far. (in Italy) (IM NOT SURE!!)

I don't notice any grammar mistakes. It's obviously written by someone who is not a native speaker but of course you knew that already.

Hi Pam, From a fluency perspective, this is what I would say:Hi Ben, Thank you for your reply. I have never been to Amsterdam before but I hoping that I am the one assigned to go on the business trip coming up in May. At this time, I am still waiting to hear my boss's decision. The choice is between one of my colleagues and me. I´ll be so excited to see Amsterdam if I am picked for the trip.I

Pamela81I wish I could write like you!!!
No, I am still polishing my writing skills. You know the secret is to copy, imitate, and duplicate the writing styles of good writers and repackage it to look like your own.
