Dear May, as you may know the condo lease agreement is coming to an end, and this email is to inform you that we would like to extend the lease another year. You are welcome to come expect the property but I assure you that we've taken very good care of your condo and the condition is as just as good as the day we moved in.

As you know, our condo lease agreement is coming to an end, so we would like to inform you that we are interested in extending the lease another year. You are welcome to come and inspect the property, but I assure you that we have taken very good care of your condo, and it is in just as good condition as it was the day we moved in.

It sounds as if you are trying to dissuade her from coming to inspect the property. I'm sure she knows she has the right to inspect her own property. It might be more politic to omit that part and tell her how much you like the condo instead.
