Hi all, Would somebody please help me with my English?

It’s Friday again. As usual, I do not realize the week reach to the end. Too much work and not enough time. Am I too slow? Or I am not really focus on my work? Only me who can give the right answer to this question. I really need to sit, think and deeply analyze what has been happened thorough out the week. I think, I spent too much time on work but with a minimum result. What did I do this week? I when to the library and collected all the advertisements that suitable for my study. I need to collect from three medical journals but I managed to get only one. I will go the library again and collect the rest probably next week. Then, I keyed in all the details in a laptop that I borrowed from the library. (When I borrowed the laptop, the librarian told me not to lose it. “You better keep you eye on this machine mate, If you lose it you have to pay $2800. Sorry mate, It is hard to say, but I got to remind you”). I knew this guy since the first week I am here. He’s a funny guy. He likes to make joke with students. But I took it serious when it came to the laptop issue.
What else did I do? Yes, I looked for a good reference for my next book. I am not sure what is the title going to be. I had one in my mind, but Aini think the title was not “catchy” enough. I agreed with her. Good title will attract readers.
