Since I have been in elementary school I am interested in topics such as politics, religion and history. Therefore I have chosen to study philosophy. This study examines a wide range of topics: from the individual to the State and the human spirit to God. Throughout my study I have focused on areas in practical phylosophy such as political philosophy and ethics. In addition I have followed the minors Governance and Organization and Entrepreneurship. With the practical applicability of philosophy in mind and my interest in politics and economics, I have chosen to follow the master public management next academic year.

When I first heard about the Young Leaders League I was immediately drawn to apply, there were different reasons for this. First, working together with students from diverse backgrounds on a innovative idea seems to me an instructive and challenging experience. The interdisplinair appraoch which reflects in the central themes of the programme works, I think, synergic. Second, the layout of the Young Leaders Leage appeals to me. The tracking of master classes and seminars will be a valueble addition to my master. Last, to be part of a group of motivated students will encourage me to get the best out of myself and my education. The programme will also give me the opportunity to build up a professional network.

That I am myself a motivated student is not only evident from my results but also from the activities I applied to in addition to my study. During my studies I gave birth to two daughters, I have worked as skiteacher and finished an education as fitnesstrainer. The perseverance I have and my capacity to overcome obstacles have contributed to the accomplishment of my bachelor. I am ready for the next challenge and I hope that this challegne will be the Young Leader Leauge.
