she's been or she was

hi all,

I have a question about the use of present perfect. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

a. She's been an architect for two years.

This means that right now, she's still an architect and there's no way that she's not.

b. She's been an architect.
I'm just saying that she has the experience as an architect. It's possible that she's not an architect anymore.

Am I right?
