I always see sentences like this everywhere but i don't know what it is ! I mean grammatical refers to which tense ?

Like this :

She is played

I am wathched

He is studied

And so on ..

Not that one. Maybe you saw something like this: She is prayed for.

These phrases are Simple Present tense in Passive Voice. Have you studied Passive Voice yet?

eg Mary watches Tom. Active Voice

eg Tom is watched by Mary. Passive Voice
