Set up/put up

Are these sentence correct:



a) "Have you SET UP your Christmas tree?"


b) "Have you PUT UP your Christmas tree?"



By this, I mean if the person has already got and decorated her Christmas tree

Yes, but it wouldn't hurt to add "yet" at the end of each sentence.
