Septembers
Hello,
Could you please tell me if months get pluralized as days of the week are?
If I want to say that an event takes place every September, can I say in Septembers?
That doesn't sound right, though.
Perhaps I should just say "every September", shouldn't I?
Can I say "in September" – singular?
For example
- The city of X promotes a concert in September to commemorate etc.
Is the simple present "promotes" sufficient to clarify that it is a recurring event?
But I don't like my sentence very much. I think "every year in September" or "every September" would be a better fit.
Am I correct?
