Sentences correction needed

Please correct:

Makes a lot of money by selling shoes. Or

Makes a lot of money with selling shoes. ANd

You're successful because you've built everything with nothing. Or

You're successful because you built everything with nothing. And

I don't have my business cards on me. Or

I don't have my business cards with me.
