what is the difference between them?

I cannot understand and know how the students obey their teacher.
Here in his sentence i want to apply the negative (not) to both of verbs ( understand, know), how can i do this?
I want to say (not understand and not know ) what is a correct structure for this?

I did not drink tea, nor juice, nor water and nor soda.
how can i arrange serial of things (like drinkings) with negative, means I do not drink them, I cant arrange the comma and the negative article (nor), do i have to repeat the (nor) with every drink?

why (at) is written ? can we omit it?
