I was trying to use and understand the word “Motivate” property.

Example.

I won’t buy it unless I am motivated by the price.

I won’t buy it unless the price is motivated.

If the price is cheap enough to motivate me, I will buy it.

I won’t buy it unless the price is motivated. Incorrect. However, a price can be motivated in settings like these examples from Google:
