Which is correct?
1. I know the entire bank family will miss you.
Or
2. I know the whole bank family will miss you.

Is "Bank" the name of the family? If so, it needs a capital letter. Or are you somehow referring to people who work at a bank?

In careful writing I personally prefer to include the word "that" ("I know that ~"), but opinions on this vary and in practice it would often be omitted.
