could someone please correct these sentences (and give grammatical explaination if possible).

2. Which is often the case with young people, the students have soon got used to their new surroundings.
3. Whoever plan to attend the meeting ought to send a short note to the office.
4. Nowhere is the effect of this expansion of English into new domains are seen more clearly than in communication on the internet.
