Sorry, I don't understand this, I think you need to say it another way to make it clearer.
My guess is you mean this. The student is doing a workshop. He has to post 4 messages per week. He needs to post two messages per day, on each of two different days

(1) A student needs to post, atleast, a message on two different days in a workshop, and the workshop starts on Tuesday and ends on Monday.
(2) On Friday, at any given time, if a student hasn't posted any message since Tuesday, an 'Exception' report will be created. (The current time is the most important point, here)
